Meet DPG

Julia is a seasoned multifamily real estate executive with over 22 years of industry experience spanning a variety of asset types and markets. As Vice President of Multifamily Operations, she oversees all aspects of property management and multifamily operations, including marketing, facilities, revenue management, and business systems. Julia holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Union University and is an IREM CPM candidate. She is known for driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, and delivering strong results for clients and investors.

Blake graduated with honors earning his bachelor’s degree in property management from Ball State University where he currently serves on their Residential Property Management Advisory Board. Blake has held various roles in acquisitions, operations, and asset management throughout his career, managing portfolios in excess of $2.5B. Blake’s diverse background in multifamily investments includes, ground-up development, extensive value-add repositioning, and core-plus assets across the Midwest and Southeast. Blake is accountable for DPG’s investment department, focusing on strategic planning, investment strategy, portfolio, and asset management.

Neil has over 40 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate, including acquisitions, debt and equity structuring and origination, entitlement, construction, development and financial administration. Neil delivers tailored advisory solutions that identify opportunities to enhance returns and minimize risk. His collaborative approach ensures alignment with the firm’s integrated operational framework, seamlessly supporting acquisition and property management efforts.

Brian earned his Juris Doctorate and Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan. In addition, Brian has been a licensed real estate broker for over 30 years.  Since founding the company in 1994, Brian has been a principal in many real estate investments.

Ann earned her Master of Arts from Wayne State University and is a licensed real estate salesperson.  She has more than 25 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate and specializes in organizational development, information technology, human resources, finance and administration.  Ann is accountable for DPG’s executive functions.

Carly earned her Juris Doctorate from Notre Dame Law School and her Master of Business Administration and Real Estate Development Certificate from the University of Michigan.  Carly is a licensed real estate broker in Michigan and Ohio and has over 10 years of commercial real estate experience.  Carly is accountable for strengthening the firm’s core business while driving new strategic business opportunities and partnerships.

Seth earned his bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Phoenix. As a current IREM CPM candidate, he has almost 20 years’ experience in property management, focusing on multifamily and self-storage assets. Seth is accountable for all aspects of management and operations for our multifamily portfolio.

Bill earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan and is a CPA. Bill has almost 30 years of experience in finance & administration. He has been in the real estate industry for 13 years, focusing on property management & development. Bill is accountable for our administrative and accounting operations, including directing our people services and IT functions.

Brian earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Detroit. Brian is also a licensed real estate salesperson and has achieved his RPA designation from BOMA. He has almost 20 years’ experience in property management and brokerage, focusing on commercial real estate. Brian is accountable for all aspects of management and operations for our commercial portfolio and for our commercial leasing activities.
