Ann earned her Master of Arts from Wayne State University and is a licensed real estate salesperson. She has more than 25 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate and specializes in organizational development, information technology, human resources, finance and administration. He has over 30 years of experience in both residential and commercial real estate, including acquisitions, entitlement, development, construction, operations, financial administration and management of institutional and equity financing. Neil is primarily accountable for sourcing acquisitions and debt.
Seth earned his bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Phoenix. As a current IREM CPM candidate, he has almost 20 years’ experience in property management, focusing on multifamily and self-storage assets. Seth is accountable for all aspects of management and operations for our multifamily portfolio.
Bill earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan and is a CPA. Bill has almost 30 years of experience in finance & administration.
