Brian earned his Juris Doctorate and Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan. In addition, Brian has been a licensed real estate broker for over 30 years. Since founding the company in 1994, Brian has been a principal in many real estate investments.
Ann earned her Master of Arts from Wayne State University and is a licensed real estate salesperson. She has more than 25 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate and specializes in organizational development, information technology, human resources, finance and administration. Ann is accountable for DPG’s executive functions.
Carly earned her Juris Doctorate from Notre Dame Law School and her Master of Business Administration and Real Estate Development Certificate from the University of Michigan. Carly is a licensed real estate broker in Michigan and Ohio and has over 10 years of commercial real estate experience. Carly is accountable for strengthening the firm’s core business while driving new strategic business opportunities and partnerships.
Neil earned his bachelor‘s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan. He has over 30 years of experience in both residential and commercial real estate, including acquisitions, entitlement, development, construction, operations, financial administration and management of institutional and equity financing. Neil is primarily accountable for sourcing acquisitions and debt.
Seth earned his bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Phoenix. As a current IREM CPM candidate, he has almost 20 years’ experience in property management, focusing on multifamily and self-storage assets. Seth is accountable for all aspects of management and operations for our multifamily portfolio.
Bill earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan and is a CPA. Bill has almost 30 years of experience in finance & administration. He has been in the real estate industry for 13 years, focusing on property management & development. Bill is accountable for our administrative and accounting operations, including directing our people services and IT functions.

He has almost 20 years’ experience in property management and brokerage, focusing on commercial real estate. Brian is accountable for all aspects of management and operations for our commercial portfolio and for our commercial leasing activities.
