Ann is accountable for all of DPG’s executive functions. She has more than 20 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate and specializes in organizational development, information technology, human resources, finance and administration. She is also a licensed real estate salesperson. Ann earned her Master of Arts from Wayne State University.
Brian earned his Juris Doctorate and Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan. In addition, Brian has been a licensed real estate broker for over 30 years. Since 1994, in addition to acting as a principal in many real estate investments, Brian has run DPG with ultimate accountability for our company and portfolio performance.
Carly earned her Juris Doctorate from Notre Dame and her Master of Business Administration and Real Estate Development Certificate from the University of Michigan. Carly is a licensed real estate salesperson in Michigan and Ohio and has over 10 years of commercial real estate experience. Carly is primarily accountable for new business development and sourcing equity.
Bill earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan and is a CPA. Bill has almost 30 years of experience in finance & administration. He has been in the real estate industry for 13 years, focusing on property management & development. Bill is accountable for our administrative and accounting operations, including directing our people services and IT functions.
Brian earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Detroit. Brian is also a licensed real estate salesperson and has achieved his RPA designation from BOMA. He has almost 20 years’ experience in property management and brokerage, focusing on commercial real estate. Brian is accountable for all aspects of management and operations for our commercial portfolio and for our commercial leasing activities.
Neil earned his bachelor‘s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan. He has over 30 years of experience in both residential and commercial real estate, including acquisitions, entitlement, development, construction, operations, financial administration and management of institutional and equity financing. Neil is primarily accountable for sourcing acquisitions, equity and debt.
Seth earned his bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Phoenix. As a current IREM CPM candidate, he has almost 20 years’ experience in property management, focusing on multifamily and self-storage assets. Seth is accountable for all aspects of management and operations for our multifamily portfolio.
